How to Claim Your Prize
1. Verify Your Winning Ticket
Check your email for the winning notification or log into your account to confirm your winning ticket. Make sure you have the ticket number and draw date available.
2. Gather Required Documentation
Prepare the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
- Original winning ticket or digital confirmation
- Bank account details for prize transfer
3. Submit Your Claim
Complete the prize claim form below with your details and upload the required documents. Our team will review your submission within 24-48 hours.
4. Receive Your Prize
Once your claim is verified, the prize amount will be transferred to your designated bank account within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation emails throughout the process.

- All prize claims must be submitted within 90 days of the draw date
- Prizes over Nu. 10,000 require additional verification steps
- Processing times may vary depending on the prize amount and verification requirements
- For prizes over Nu. 50,000, an in-person verification may be required
